HOW MUCH DOES A NEW BOILER COST?
We would never give a fixed price for a job without visiting the property first, to see exactly whats involved. There are so many things to factor in, including the position of the boiler, gas pipe sizing, type of boiler eg conventional, combi or system boiler and size of the boiler. But we do have some standard prices that we work with depending on the survey. below are just some of the prices and are all based on new boilers installed.

Step 1 Start by Booking an Appointment
Once you have made contact with us we can book you an appointment for one of our experienced engineers to come and visit you at home at a time and date that suits you. If you are a landlord and currently have a tenant/s in your property, we can arrange a time with the tenant directly to carry out our free no obligation quote. Remember, this visit is 100% free of charge.

As previously stated, one of our team of specialist boiler engineers will come and visit your property to see where you are considering having a new boiler installed. When they arrive, they will present you with their ID and introduce themselves. Having been granted access to your property, they will spend 10-15 minutes carrying out a full survey for the boiler installation and then discuss with you any requirements you feel are important for them to know about your property.
Step 3 You get a Full Quotation
After our engineer has been out to your property and submitted their survey back to our dedicated boiler installations team, we will then get in contact to provide you with a complete quotation, being sure to offer a few different opportunities dependent upon your price range and the various boiler brands and types. Remember that this is 100% free and we will endeavour to match or beat any other deal or price you have found elsewhere.
Step 4 Your New Boiler Installation
Prior to our engineer commencing work at your property, they will create a comprehensive risk assessment and ensure that anyone who is residing at the property remain safe at all times. Then they will being the boiler installation, which can take between 1-3 days – depending on a variety of external factors like weather or if the job is a straight-swap or requires a conversion from a system to a combination boiler. If the job does take more than 1 day, our engineers will ensure that you have access to running water over night, and upon completion – will walk you through the functionality of your new boiler to make sure that you understand how to use it.
Step 5 The job is completed
Upon completing your job, the engineer will provide you with a certificate to start your new warranty, a gas safety certificate and all other necessary paperwork. Should further support be required or additional paperwork need to be presented to you – our Boiler specialists will get in touch to check you are satisfied and are sent anything else that may be relevant.
